Ken’s Policy on Drugs

Ken’s at Kensington enforces a strict no hard drugs policy.

This is primarily in the interest of the safety of all guests and staff.

The combination of heat, steam, low lights and physical exertion will exacerbate the effects of drugs and be potentially detrimental to your health (e.g. higher potential of experiencing an over dose requiring intervention by trained medical staff). Imposing the consequences of your drug use on other patrons and staff is not fair! All our customers appreciate having a pleasant and relaxing time at Ken’s and realise that we do not judge you if you do use drugs — just don't do it when you intend to visit Ken’s.

We also feel strongly that drugs such as:

• GHB, GBH, Fantasy;
• Special K; and
• Crystal and other methamphetamines

can be extremely dangerous. Please inform yourself about the dangers of these drugs and how to assist your mates in the event of an overdose.

Patrons removed from premises for drug use are automatically banned for life. No further discussion will be entered into.
